Why PogoTips.com?

Every Pogo game has a How to Play and there are already a lot of good Pogo-related websites around - notably Badge Addicts - but there didn't seem to be a site that focused only on hints to help earn the weekly Challenge and Premium badges easier. So this one was born.

As for me, I'm just another Pogo player who enjoys the games (for the most part) and earning the badges (for the most part). It's taken a few years, but I've completed every one of the Weekly Challenges, most of the Premiums, and have completed several games by earning their final Game Award rank badges.

Twitter text alert updates

Get PogoTips updates to your cell phone by texting follow pogotips to 40404 (or 21212 in Canada, 5566511 in India, or +44 7624 801423 in other countries). You'll receive a response asking for a user name, and confirmation after you've selected an available name. Alternately, you can sign up at the Twitter website, or add me to your follow list if you're already signed up. My Twitter username is pogotips.

Cell phone updates are free but you may be charged by your cell service provider to receive text messages so check your service plan. To stop receiving updates, text leave pogotips to the same number. I can't remove you from my follow list: you must opt out.

My latest Twitter messages will usually be shown on the top of the Pogo Tips homepage. You can see recent or all updates I've sent at my Twitter page.

If you've signed up but are not receiving my text alerts, log in to your Twitter account at www.twitter.com/yourusername, then go to my Twitter page at www.twitter.com/pogotips. If it doesn't say you're following me, click Follow, then make sure it says device updates are on if you want to receive alerts to your phone. Alternately, if you want to stay on my list but not get my alerts on your phone, you can turn device updates off there.

You can also receive my updates at the Twitter website; temporarily turn updates off or on; or set sleep times to block updates by completing your account if you're already receiving my text updates, or by creating a Twitter account if you aren't. Twitter accounts are free and they don't sell or distribute phone numbers or email addresses. Alerts via instant message are currently not working: Twitter is working on them.

Please don't hit Reply to my Twitter text updates unless you want your message to go out to all of your own Twitter followers.

I will strive to be timely with Pogo news and will try not to send too many "fluff" tweets, but I can't make any guarantees that I'll send an alert the minute a new game is released, for instance. Alerts could go out around the clock. However, I will not send a weekly alert every Wednesday at 7am Pacific to remind you about new weekly badges.

Additional notes and et cetera

Some Premium badges must be completed within a certain time limit. I've only included these time limits when the challenges must be completed in less than one day. Be sure to read all requirements for all badges carefully before activating.

If you have a website please feel free to link to www.PogoTips.com but please do not repost any material from this site onto other websites, message boards, or mailing lists. Violators may be publicly named and/or prosecuted.

This is not an official site and is not affiliated with Club Pogo or Electronic Arts, Inc. so I may point out blunders made by Club Pogo from time to time. I'm also not affiliated with any leagues (and I wish Pogo would provide exclusive rooms in every game for tournament play).
